Lancers Host Men’s Basketball Open ID Camps This Spring
The Loyalist Lancers men's basketball program is excited to announce two Open ID Camps this spring, giving prospective student‑athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills, compete, and experience Lancer basketball firsthand.
The camps will take place on Saturday, April 11, and Saturday, May 2, with both sessions running from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. These camps are open to interested athletes looking to take the next step in their basketball journey while learning more about the Loyalist men's basketball program and campus life.
The April 11 Open ID Camp will align with Loyalist College's Campus Open House, which runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM earlier that day. Prospective students and their families are encouraged to arrive early to explore the campus, meet faculty and staff, and learn more about academic programs before heading to the gym for the camp.
Each Open ID Camp will include skill work, competitive drills, and live gameplay, providing athletes with the chance to demonstrate their abilities directly in front of the Lancers coaching staff. The camps are designed to evaluate game‑ready skills, basketball IQ, and work ethic, while also giving participants insight into the expectations and culture of Lancer Athletics.
