Bio

Leith Perron joined the Loyalist Lancers women’s volleyball coaching staff in 2025 with more than a decade of experience and a strong background as both an athlete and coach. Perron spent five years competing at Trent University, where he earned the role of team captain in his final two seasons and was recognized with the program’s Coaches Award—reflecting his leadership, dedication, and impact both on and off the court.

His coaching journey includes several years with the Peterborough Thunder Girls program (2014–2017) and four seasons as an assistant coach with both the men’s and women’s volleyball teams at Trent University (2016–2020).

After some time away from the sport, Perron made his return to the bench with a focus on athlete growth, teamwork, and collective success. His passion for development and his commitment to fostering a positive, competitive environment make him a valuable addition to the Lancers program.
